Hope you enjoyed my picture post yesterday....did it get you all hot under the collar? Good!
One man who gets me all hot and bothered has done something which disappointed me and i am a little gutted as i dont know if i can lust after him the same way again now. I am sure those of you who have seen the news in the UK the last few days will know what i am talking about. Russell Brand and Jonathon Ross leaving a lewd message on an elderly actors answer machine.
I know Russell can be a bit crude and doesnt really mind who is listening to his exploits, sexual or otherwise but i really didnt expect him to have such disrespect. And that is what it boils down to for me....and it is at the crux of what is wrong with certain parts of society today. I wonder if he would have been so disrespectful or spouted his mouth off if the girl in question hadn't been a glamour model? Maybe i am reading too much into it now but i cant help thinking that he perhaps thought it was ok to shout about their antics because he thought that glamour girls enjoy that sort of attention. Perhaps some do, but i would be mortified if someone had left that sort of message for my grandparents to hear. They are from another era when sex was a little more concealed so lets have a bit of respect for that?
For two public figures listened and watched by millions to pull a stunt like this is not on, and Jonathon Ross should definately know better. The media attention they are getting makes me sick.....they may well be sacked by the BBC but i doubt it. Lets face it, if the BBC let them go then they will be snapped up by ITV or Channel 4 or one of the numerous other television companies so what difference will it make. All the airtime they are getting now will only fuel their ever increasing pay packets so what difference will it make who they work for?
Wow, that all got a bit serious! More than anything i am gutted that i cant get excited over him anymore. It just goes to show that us girls need a little more than just wit and charm and good looks....you have to be a nice guy to please me too!
So i need a new man to fill my mind when i am indulging in some ....ahem 'self love'....anyone one to offer themselves as a replacement?! Send me your photos and i will tell you if anyone makes it into my filthy mind.....i might even post the fantasy that they feature in!
