Greetings from the party capital of the world,  I am now in a less  than sunny Ibiza settling in and starting work.  I actually dont mind the fact that the sun isnt shining now that I have started work because it would only make me annoyed that I cant be out in it!  My new job is going to take some getting used to as my body in the UK runs on early mornings and early(ish) nights but here it is the complete opposite and that will take time to adjust so you will have to excuse my lack of contact in the first week or so.  It is tough for me too, I dont even have time to w**k right now which is causing intense frustration….at least you have my photos to amuse yourself over! ;)

How was everyone’s Bank Holiday weekend?  I dont mind admitting, mine was s**t!  Aside from being a little ‘Hoe’ in the garden, it was as miserable as the weather with no fun whatsoever and all I have to show for it is a central heating system that still isnt finished and a bad back!  ;)   Negotiations on my new job in Ibiza were finalised yesterday and so I am officially employed for one more summer stint in Ibiza; I am a mixture of emotions right now so forgive me if I ramble!  The last bank holiday weekend is always a tough one  because it usually involves sad goodbyes and I think that may have been playing on my mind because it was not a fun weekend for me, I just couldnt motivate myself to tackle the task of packing and organising and did everything but to take my mind of things. So this week is set to be a busy one and I am going to be in and out flying around everywhere which is probably a good thing, no time to wallow or think about things too much!

It also means I get to wean myself off  of Twitter, which I am starting to think I am addicted to!  My lack of social contact this weekend has made me flit to and from twitter to try and soak up other peoples’s social lives and that is slightly sad dont you think?! hahah  The guys and girls on there have kept me entertained this weekend even if that was at the expense of my well laid plans to get things ready for the big move!

Getting Away for the Weekend!

Girl Power!

Today is International Women’s Day so todays post is dedicated to all my female readers.  I am of course aware of the reasons behind IWD, to celebrate how far we have come since the suffrage movement of the late nineteenth century and the solidarity of Women worldwide campaigning for equal opportunties and rights for women but I had no idea there was a day dedicated to us!  Dont get me wrong, I am not a staunch feminist and have no urge to burn my bra and be treated like one of the lads but I do quite like the idea of celebrating femininity and girl power.  I am sure IWD means a lot of different things for different people but I am going to think of it as a day to pay tribute to the women who first stood up and fought for our right to vote and for those who continually strive for equal working pay and conditions for women today. 

I am sure, as a woman working in the Sex Industry there are going to be a few who say I undo all the work of the suffragettes by allowing myself to be exploited and that I have no right to sing their praises.  But, I actually believe that women working in porn are the ones doing the exploiting to a certain degree.  We are using our bodies and sexual power to make money and who are the majority of our customers?  MEN…..so who are the ones being taken advantage of here?  I know it sounds a little cold and that I am saying female sex workers are heartless, money grabbing users but the fact is that the majority of us enjoy our “work” but would we do it for free?  Probably not and THATS why I cant accept the claims of female exploitation in the Sex Industry.

It is also my opinion that our harshest critics and ultimately, worst enemies are in fact women themselves.  I know only too well of the back stabbing and bitchiness that goes on between girls in and out of the porn world and today would be a good day to put down our weapons and stand united in our celebration of who we are.  Fat, thin, black, white, career woman or stay at home mum, to quote the ladies in that L’oreal advert,  WE ARE ALL WORTH IT and the sooner you embrace that the better your life will be.  Dont waste precious time focussing on what others are doing or what you dont have and would like, focus on gaining and maintaining self respect and the respect of your fellow females will follow.

…in with the new – 2009 is almost at its end.  The years seem to pass quicker and quicker and December has flown by with all the Christmas stresses and festivities, it almost doesnt seem worth all the hassle when it goes by so quickly!   Sorry I havent been in touch, I have hardly sat down at my computer what with the Christmas dinner to organise and family members to get round I feel like I have been pushed from pillar to post!  Still it is nice to catch up with everyone again and there is still one last party to go to, well 2 if you count my last webcam of 2009 but more on that later.

I thought I would take the few minutes I have to post some photos as a sort of 2009 review…..all the TV programs are doing it at the moment so why cant I? hehehe  I love looking back at what I have done over the past year, 2009 has seen me move into a new house with its endless DIY, make a few new friends and taken me to Cornwall, Scotland, Wales, The United States and of course my old and most favourite haunt, Ibiza!  The housekeeping and reformations have ket me busy and I certainly get around a bit dont I?  I thought I would remind you of some of the things I got up to and here are some of my favourite memories from the year just past:

Happy Monday to you all! I know traditionally that Mondays can be a bit depressing; after a weekend of fun and frolics it’s never nice to have to to back to work (unless you do my job in which case it can be BETTER than the weekend on a Monday if you have a cute girl stripping off in front of you!). I heartily agree with the last tip, organising yourself a little on Friday evening can help a lot on a Monday when motivation to do anything can desert you totally. The exercise one is great too….I just did 30 mins of gentle yoga to try and wake myself up and now I feel GREAT! Dont forget to read the public comments at the bottom also, the guy who said to find a job you love is right – the problem with this is that if everyone reading this went and got a job in the Sex industry our economy might grind to a halt! Ha ha that is assuming of course that anyone is reading this at all!

In my bid to ease your Monday Morning Blues I have uploaded a new video to Rebekahdee.com, filmed whilst I was in Ibiza and the gorgeous Michelle Monaghan came to visit me. We went for a nice walk and headed into some woodland to rest….I am sure you can use your imagination to guess what we got up to under the trees! As it is Thanksgiving Day in the USA I thought I would dedicate today’s blog to thanking you all for your support over the past year(s).  I do hope you have enjoyed my sometimes sensible ramblings as well as the majority which are perhaps more sinful than sensible!

Thanksgiving was primarily a religious festival to give thanks to God.  I am not sure there is complete agreement as to the first Thanksgiving but the general consensus is that it was the pilgrims who were giving their thanks to God for helping them to survive the brutal winter.  I think in todays global climate it would probably be a good thing for people to revisit and take stock of the things they have and are grateful for.  Modern society with its throw away culture rarely thinks about what they have and tends to concentrate more on what they dont have.  We are all guilty of this and so I wanted to let you all know that today I am very grateful to everyone who follows me on twitter, or facebook, and every subscriber of my websites; your loyalty and support are all very much appreciated.

I have fun doing what I do and without you all I would probably be grinding out a living in an office, clock watching my way to retirement.  I love and appreciate the fact that something as simple as showing my naked ass and having fun brings some light into someone elses world even if it is only for that crucial second when your eyes glaze over and you are rocked with the force of……anyway, you get the picture!

Playing Catch Up…

How come whenever you go away you always regret it when you get back? I remember being like that at school, loving the fact that I may get time off for whatever reason but always dreading the game of catch up afterwards.
